When you send a booking request we collect your name, email, phone, country, dates, guest count, room choice, arrival time, add-ons, promo code and any special requests, so we can respond to and manage your stay.

When you send an event, wedding, contact or dine-interest form, we collect the details you provide so we can reply to your enquiry.

If you start a conversation with us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we keep that conversation so we can help you.

We collect website usage data through cookies, only with your consent.

We share your information only with the services that run our bookings and this site: our booking and reservations system (Beds24), our secure payment provider when online payment is available (your card details are entered directly with the provider and never stored by UHP), Google Workspace for email, and our website hosting and database provider. Only with your cookie consent, Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) receive measurement and advertising data.

We never sell your personal information.

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you choose Accept. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

We keep your information as long as needed to manage your stay and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted when they are no longer needed.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop marketing messages, at any time by emailing admin@uhpvillas.com. Visitors from the EU and UK have additional rights under GDPR, and we honour those requests.

We only send marketing messages to people who have agreed to receive them, and every message includes a way to opt out.

We update this page and its date whenever anything changes.
