Booking on this site sends a booking request. A stay is confirmed only when UHP Villas confirms it in writing and payment is received. Submitting a request does not charge you.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is made through a secure payment link sent with your confirmation.
Rates are in US dollars. Seasonal rates apply. Any applicable government taxes and levies will be stated in your booking confirmation.
Our cancellation terms are stated in writing in your booking confirmation, before you pay. If you need to change or cancel a stay, contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in may be available on request, subject to availability.
Each room's maximum is shown on the Stay page. Online requests are for 1 to 4 guests within each room's capacity. For groups, call or WhatsApp us at +1 (758) 286-4545.
Cleaning is provided at turnover only. Extra housekeeping is available on request at additional cost.
Airport transfers and occasion decor packages are optional add-ons, priced as shown during booking.
Promo codes apply to the room rate only, not to transfers or occasion packages, and are valid for bookings on this website only.
One code per booking. Codes can't be combined.
Saint Lucia Resident Rate: available to Saint Lucia residents only, with a valid Saint Lucian national ID, passport or driver's licence shown at check-in, or the standard rate applies.
